MSouth Equity Partners is a private equity investment firm which supports management teams in acquisitions and recapitalization of lower middle-market companies, typically involving transactions valued between $25 - 125 million. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, the firm invests primarily in the southern U.S.

Each of MSouth's partners has extensive experience in acquiring and successfully building businesses.
